Terms of Service — TrenDee

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrenDee ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use TrenDee.

2. Description of Service

TrenDee is a marketplace that connects customers with beauty and wellness salons. We provide tools for discovering salons, booking appointments, and managing beauty services. TrenDee is a platform intermediary — the actual services are provided by independent salon businesses.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to book appointments. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use TrenDee. You agree to provide accurate and current information.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

When you book an appointment, you enter into an agreement with the salon, not TrenDee. Cancellation policies vary by salon and are displayed before booking. TrenDee is not responsible for salon-specific cancellation fees. No-shows may result in your account being flagged.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely. Deposits may be required for certain services and are subject to each salon's refund policy. TrenDee does not store full payment card details. Disputes regarding charges should first be raised with the salon; if unresolved, contact us at support@trendee.app.

6. Salon Owners

Salon owners must provide accurate business information and comply with all applicable laws, licenses, and health regulations. TrenDee reserves the right to suspend or remove salons that violate these terms, receive consistent negative feedback, or engage in fraudulent activity. Payouts are subject to our payout schedule and verification requirements.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to circumvent our systems or payment processing
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or salon staff
Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from TrenDee without permission

8. Intellectual Property

TrenDee and its logo are trademarks of TrenDee. The platform's code, design, and content are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission. Content you upload (e.g., portfolio photos) remains yours; you grant TrenDee a license to display it on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

TrenDee is a marketplace and is not liable for the quality of services provided by salons, personal injury, property damage, or disputes arising from appointments. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrenDee's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid through the platform in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
